The Follow-Up Appointment is scheduled once a bride has selected her wedding dress. At this appointment, measurements are meticulously taken to ensure a perfect fit. These measurements are then communicated to the dress manufacturers to initiate the order. This process guarantees that the dress will be comfortable and flattering on the wedding day.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, due to the personalized nature of our services and the limited availability of our fitting sessions, we kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling be made with ample notice to ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff. Cancellation/Rescheduling Terms: 1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. 2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 1 day of the scheduled appointment may result in a forfeiture of the booking deposit. 3. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, the full appointment fee may be charged. 4. Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, subject to management approval. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our booking cancellation policy.
